4-Day Iriki National Park Desert Trek from Foum Zguid

Wake up early to admire the sunrise over the dunes and enjoy a traditional Moroccan breakfast.

Begin your first real trekking experience through the desert, walking from dune to dune alongside the camel caravan, which carries the food and camping equipment.

Continue across the beautiful desert landscapes until reaching the next campsite. The team will set up camp for the night while you relax and enjoy the silence of the Sahara.

In the evening, enjoy dinner around the campfire, followed by music and stories about the desert. Spend the night in a small tent or choose to sleep under the open sky.

In the morning, pack up the camp and begin walking towards Zaouiat Sidi Abdenabi.

Leave the dunes behind and cross the flat landscapes of the dry Lake Iriki, discovering a different side of the desert. The walk takes approximately 2 hours and 30 minutes.

Arrive at the guesthouse and enjoy a delicious lunch. Take time to rest in the shade of the inner courtyard or beneath an acacia tree.

Later in the afternoon, walk to the nearby nomadic village of Zaouiat Sidi Abdenabi. Discover local life, agriculture, water management in the oasis, and traces of the village's past.

In the evening, enjoy dinner near the fire, surrounded by vast natural landscapes, followed by a moment of traditional music. Spend your final peaceful night at the guesthouse.
